(ITB 12) Letter of Bid

• Bidder must completely fill the (Letter of Bid) Section IV (Bidding form) without any alterations to the text, and no substitutes shall be accepted.

• Letter of bid must be signed

(ITT 19.4) Bid Security

• If the bidder fails to facilitate a Bid security at the time of the  bid submission, Bid shall be declared as a nonresponsive bid.

(ITB 20.1) Number of Copies

• In addition to the Original of the Tender, the number of copies required is:
