INVITATION FOR TENDER
HIRING A VESSEL TO TRANSFER CARGO TO STO REGIONAL OUTLETS
State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer the opportunity to submit a proposal for transferring cargo to STO regional outlets.
1. Overview
Hiring a vessel to transfer cargo to STO regional outlets, on a time charter basis.
2. Charter Duration: 01 year with the possibility of extension.
3. Vessel Specifications:
Only the vessels that fit the description below shall be considered.
3.1 Vessel Type: Wood (or) Fiber
3.2 Vessel Cargo Loading Capacity: Minimum 250MT (5000 Bags) and Maximum: 425 (8500 Bags) 50kg Construction Materials Bags
3.3 Empty vessel should not be higher than 06ft from top deck surface to sea level
3.4 Top deck cargo loading stowage (falka) height should not be deeper than 6.5” ft and stowage top length should have 3’5” ft minimum
3.5 Vessel below deck should be available for loading of general cargo (Home improvement & supermarket items etc.)

The deadline for registration is 28th July 2022, 1100hrs.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English shall be sent via email on, 28th July 2022, only to the parties who have successfully registered under the tender. |

Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be sent via email.

Tender Submission: |
Documents shall be emailed to [email protected] [NOT LATER than 01st August 2022 at 1100:00hrs.]
Submissions received after the deadline shall be rejected. |
