The Business Center Corporation is seeking to purchase photography and videography equipment detailed in the Information Sheet attached to this announcement.
The corporation therefore invites interested parties to submit proposals to supply this equipment. The proposals are to be prepared in accordance with the Information to Bidders (ITB), Equipment List and Specification List attached to this announcement and are to be submitted in sealed envelopes to the address of the corporation stated below, on the below date.

The bids can be submitted via email in encrypted file format, passwords of which must be received to the Corporation before the bid opening date and time specified above.
All encrypted bids received online will be opened along with bids received in hard copy format. The bidding parties reserve the right to have a representative present at the bid opening meeting, however all bids received will be opened regardless of the representatives being present.
It is the responsibility of bidding parties to ensure that submissions via email are received.
