Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in IT or professional qualification in related field
• Previous work experience with a similar work scope will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of enterprise computer systems and application development and of current technological developments in area of expertise
• Able to gather data, create and manage reports and documentation
• Good problem solver with analytical skills
• A team player, able to work independently and adhere to tight reporting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the design, planning, implementation, management, maintenance, support, configuration and security of the company’s applications, endpoint systems, server, and network infrastructure
• Monitor and maintains servers and network infrastructure, computers, and any other IT related equipment at an optimum and required level
• Study technological best practices and advancements and advise on ways the IT resources and operations can be secured, optimized and made cost-effective
• Ensure that systems and applications are compliant to department policies
• Manage the planning, design, documentation, deployment and management of auditing/security related services and tools for monitoring and alerting
