MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or MNQF level 5 Qualification in Finance or relevant field or ACCA/CIMA/CPA partially qualified.
• A ‘Level 3 Passes with minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for providing financial services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate reporting in compliance with the established Risk and Performance Management Framework and relevant policies & procedures.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Assist in designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur.
• Prepare, maintain and update Risk Register and report high risk factors on a monthly bases that addresses the likelihood and impact of risks.
• Prepare Risk and Performance Reports/Schedules on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Perform risk assessments to analyze current risks and to identify potential risks that are affecting the company.
• Prepare Risk Analysis and Performance Measurement Analysis on quarterly basis.
• Conduct risk assessment, Risk Audits & Facilitate the documents required in Risk audits to ensure compliance.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies/SOP's under Risk & Performance Management Framework.
• Assist in monitoring Strategic Action Plan and providing recommendations for various processes.
• Coordinate with other departments and units to ensure effective and efficient operation of the section.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of GAAP, IAS & IFRS.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and organization skills.
• Ability to effectively apply statistical concepts to analysis.
• Ability to organize, interpret and present information in meaningful way to diverse audiences.
• Computer literate in accounting packages: preferably Dynamics, Tally knowledge.
• Familiar with accounting software’s.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Should be an effective communicator verbally as well as through writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.

SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary of MVR 17,000.00
