HDFC Plc has a vacancy for the right candidate who can provide support to the Admin Team of the company in the capacity of a Customer Relations Officer.

Job Title:  Customer Relations Officer

No. of Position: 01

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information to customers on HDFC products
• Maintain and monitor statistics of customers inquiries and report to management on turnaround time
• Coordinate with other institutions to promote HDFC schemes
• Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s (key performance indicators) as set by the management
• Act as a focal point to End-User financing projects

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Business Administration / Business Management
• Excellent Verbal Communication (both English & Dhivehi)
• Good Writing & Reporting Skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills
• Competent with General Office Software

SALARY

• Negotiable commensurate with qualifications and experience
