Job Title: Engineer

Work Location: Waste Management Cooperation Limited / R. Vandhoo Operations

No. of Position: 02

Salary Package: - 17,000 – 19,000 MVR

Purpose

Coordinating, repairing, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and repairing of vehicles, vessels, workshop, building.

Key responsibilities

1. Duties and Responsibilities
2. Schedules repair & maintenance of vehicles, vessels. Installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous operations;
3. Maintenance corporation spare inventory;
4. Conduct workshop / buildings and grounds maintenance activities;
5. Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff;
6. Prepared maintenance report/log for vehicles, vessels, machines, tools & equipment;
7. Inspects vehicles, vessels, machines, tools & equipment for conformance with operational standards;
8. Prepare requisitions to spares, tools, equipment, required for maintenance department;
9. Participate in other activities conducted by the Corporation;

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirement

• Minimum Certificate level 4 in Mechanical engineering or related field.
•  At least 5 years of experience in the field of repairing Mechanical engineering field or related.
• Shipyard experience
