The Government of the Republic of Maldives has received grant funds from the World Bank, towards the cost of Accelerating Renewable Energy Integration and Sustainable Energy (ARISE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments under Capacity and Energy Yield Assessment Using Helioscope Software of Solar PV Installation Sites for Installation of Estimated 11MW to 14MW Grid-Tied Solar Photovoltaic Systems under DBFOOT Basis consultancy.

The Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology invites eligible parties to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI). Interested parties must provide information demonstrating the competency to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills, etc.) detailed in the ToR and shall meet the minimum qualifications listed in TOR.

The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in The World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers; Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services; July 2016; Revised November 2017 and August 2018.
