Letter of Invitation to Tender

Invitation for Tenders No: HDC(161)-PWM/IU/2021/516

1. Housing Development Corporation Ltd invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the Design and Build of Chemical Warehouse in Thilafushi, (hereinafter called the “Works” or “Project”) and the remedying of any defects therein.

2. Only 100% Maldivian Shareholding parties are eligible to submit proposal for this tender.

3. Interested tenderers may obtain further information about this Invitation for Tenders from, and inspect the tender documents at the office of Housing Development Corporation Limited, Ground Floor, HDC Building, Hulhumalé, Republic of Maldives.

4. A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by eligible interested Tenderers from HDC’s website link: www.hdc.com.mv/announcements. Bidders may contact us at [email protected] to acquire the bid document as well.

5. Tenders must be submitted to the office mentioned below in Clause 7, not later than 13:00hrs on 08^th November 2021 and must be accompanied by a tender security, in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, in the amount of MVR 200,000.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Two Hundred Thousand).

6. Tenders will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned above and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend. This session will take place at time and date tabulated in Clause 7 of this section or such other time and date as may be notified to the tenderers.
