Requirement / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent qualification.

• 3 years’ experience in the field.

Key responsibilities: 

• Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repair of computer network, WIFI system, Telephony system, server infrastructure, Cable TV, Access Control Systems and software application’s use for GIA operations.
• Installing, maintain, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of computer system hardware, software, and other peripheral equipment.
• Deploy, maintain and troubleshooting of Airport ground radio communication devices including handheld and mobile radios maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies.
• Assists with the Airports Public Address system ensuring it operates correctly, correctly plays background music, and scheduling announcements.
• Maintains operations of Checking Systems and Flight Information Displays (FIDS).
• Provide corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and consumable replacement services to the equipment during IT operations.
• Providing technical support for the daily passenger processing operations.
• Manage and update IT assets inventory.
• Maintain and update equipment maintenance log and statistics and other documents.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Able to manage time and prioritize.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
