Our Advertisement No. RDC-IUL/PROC/2020/56 dated 26th November 2020 has been cancelled due to lack of responsiveness.
The company has an approved budget which has been allocated towards the services for which this bid has been issued. The Company intends to apply the allocated funds to eligible payments under a contract for the services as detailed in this Bidding Document.
Road Development Corporation Limited, invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Finance, design and build of temporary Labour Village at Hulhumale’ Phase-II
Qualification requirements are stated in the Bidding Document. (Sections 1 through 10, where Section 1 is this Invitation) Bidding Document is attached in parts to this Invitation posting.
The Bidder shall be registered to submit the bid. Registration will be held from the date of advertisement to 07th July 2021, Wednesday, 14:00 hours Maldivian Time, via email ([email protected])stating the project name, Invitation number, Company name and Contact Number, Contact person and contact email address (one email address only). Registration verification email will be sent within 3 working days from deadline of registration.
Inquiries will be taken via email ([email protected]). Requests for clarification should be received by the Purchaser no later than: by 12th July 2021, Monday, 12:00 hours Maldivian Time. Response for clarifications will be sent within 3 working days from deadline mentioned.
The Bidder shall furnish a Bid Security of 200,000MVR (Two hundred thousand Maldivian Rufiyaa) (or Equivalent in United States Dollars). Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the day of bid opening.
Bid shall be delivered to the address specified below in person, on 01st August 2021, Sunday, 11:00 hours Maldivian Time, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Late bids will be rejected. Submission will only be accepted from registered bidders.
Bids submitted via email, via courier will not be accepted. In addition to the bid document, bidders are required to submit completed Vendor Registration Form (attached to this Invitation on gazette) with all relevant documents. Vendors who are already registered do not need to submit the Vendor Registration Form again.
