Responsibilities:

• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) for projects and tenders with no supervision
• Prepare and analyse costing for projects and tenders
• Develop a mechanism for financial feasibility analysis in future projects
• On-going cost analysis to ensure that projects are within the budget and to the correct standard
• Compare the initial BOQ against the actual expenses of completed projects and propose recommendations for increasing efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Provide advice on contractual terms and claims

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related filed  with minimum 2 years experience in the field
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related filed  with minimum 3 years experience in the field

Salary Benefits:
