Letter of Invitation to Tender

Invitation of Tender No: HDC(161)-PRO/IU/2021/1

1. Housing Development Corporation Limitedinvites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for “Geotechnical Investigation and EIA Report” (hereinafter called the “Works” or “Project”) as per the scope given by the Employer.

2. Tenderers may obtain further information about this Invitation of Tenders the office of Housing Development Corporation, Ground Floor, HDC Building, Hulhumale', Republic of Maldives.

3. A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by the interested Tenderers from HDC’s website link: https://hdc.com.mv/announcements/bids/

4. The Bidders who have already registered for the bid submission under the announcement number:        HDC(161)-PRO/IU/2020/262  are not required to register for the bid submission any further.

5. Tenders must be submitted to the office mentioned below in Clause 7, not later than 13:00hrs on 13^th January 2021 accompanied by a tender security, in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, in the amount of MVR 20,000.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Twenty Thousand Only). 

6. Tenders will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned below in Clause 7, and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend. This session will take place at time and date tabulated in Clause 7 of this section or such other time and date as may be notified to the tenderers.
