Post: National Administrator for Scout Donation Platform (APR)

Term: 3 Years             Type: Volunteer                      Location: National Headquarter

 

Responsibilities:

  • Verifying the identity of the project owners, ensuring they are members of The Scout Association of Maldives.
  • Reviewing the content of proposed projects before publishing them on the platform.
  • Approving the scope and funding of the project, and monitoring its implementation on behalf of The Scout Association of Maldives,
  • Facilitating communication on project-related matters, including getting updates and reports as well as supporting the development of the projects,
  • Promoting the Scout Donation Platform in The Scout Association of Maldives, including promoting digital campaigns launched by World Scouting.

 

Main Duties:

The main duties of the National Administrator for Scout Donation Platform include:

  • Circulate information and raise awareness on Scout Donation Platform.
  • Communicating and assisting scout groups on developing projects to Scout Donation Platform.
  • Ensuring the quality of the projects.

 

Requirement:

  • Preferably a graduate
  • Able to communicate in English, orally and written form
  • Have basic knowledge in Computer skills
  • Ability of data analysis of reports
  • Ability to develop and implement project proposals and preparation of reports
  • An active member of The Scout Association of Maldives
  • Possess good relationship and communication skills
  • Experience in Scouting is preferable
