Invitation for Bids
Assignment Title: Supply and Installation of Heavy Load Photocopy Machine, Heavy Load Document Shredder, External Hard Disk, Electric Stapler, Document Scanner & Pen Drive.
The Government of the Republic of Maldives has received financing from the World Bank towards – Maldives: Enhancing Employability Resilience of Youth Project.
Advertisement for Supply and Installation of Machinery and Equipment published on 24th November 2019, Ref (IUL)475/475/2019/189 is cancelled due to insufficient numbers of proposal receive, and new invitation for Bids is open for interested bidders.
The Ministry of Higher Education (the employer), invite seal bids from eligible bidders and qualified bidders for the Supply and Installation of Machinery and Equipment.
Interested bidders may acquire further information from the attached Bid Information Sheet. The Bidder shall be registered to submit a bid. Registration will be from the date of advertisement 16th December 2019 to 22nd December 2019 between 09:00 hours and 14:00 hours on all working days at the reception of Ministry of Higher Education. Electronic bidding will not be permitted, Bidder may register via email stating the project name, Invitation number, Company name and contact Number.
Bid shall be delivered to the address specified below, on or before Sunday 11:00 hours Maldivian Time on 31st December 2019, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Late bids will be rejected.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Mohamed Manaan Ahmed, Procurement Specialist, Project Management Unit, Ministry of Higher Education, Male’, Republic of Maldives. Before 12:00 pm on 24th December 2019.
