2. Information session will be held on 3^rd December 2019 10:00 hours at Fen building 2nd floor.

3. Bids must be delivered to the address as stated below on or before 12^th December, 10:00 hoursElectronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 12^th December, 10:00 hours.
