އައި.ޖީ.އެމް.އެޗްގެ މެޑިކަލް އިންޓާރންޝިޕް ޕްރޮގްރާމްގެ 15 ފުރުސަތު

              މެޑިކަލް އިންޓާރންޝިޕް ހެދުމުގެ ފުރުސަތު 11 ޖަނަވަރީ 2018 އިން ފެށިގެން އައި.ޖީ.އެމް.އެޗް ގައި ވަނީ ރަސްމީކޮށް ފެށިފައެވެ. މިގޮތުން މެޑިކަލް އިންޓަރންޝިޕް ޕްރޮގްރާމްގެ ހަތަރުވަނަ އިންޓޭކް (11 ޖެނުއަރީ 2020) ގައި ބައިވެރިވާން ބޭނުންވާ ފަރާތްތަކުން އެޕްލިކޭޝަން ހުށަހެޅުމުގެ ފުރުސަތު 20 ނޮވެމްބަރ 2019 އިން ފެށިގެން 19 ޑިސެމްބަރ 2019 ވަނަ ދުވަހުގެ 23:59 ނިޔަލަށް ހުޅުވާލެވިގެން ދާނެއެވެ. އިންޓާރންޝިޕް ޕްރޮގްރާމްގައި ބައިވެރިވުމަށް ފުރުސަތު ހުޅުވާލެވިފައިވަނީ 15 ފަރާތަކަށެވެ.

އިންޓާރންޝިޕް އަށް އެދި ހުށަހެޅުމުގެ ޝަރުތު:

އެމް.ބީ.ބީ.އެސް ފުރިހަމަކޮށް މޯލްޑިވްސް މެޑިކަލް އެންޑް ޑެންޓަލް ކައުންސިލްއިން ދޫކުރައްވާ "ޕްރޮވިޝަނަލް ރެޖިސްޓްރޭޝަން ފޮރ އިންޓާރންޝިޕް" ސެޓްފިކެޓް ލިބިފައިވުން.

ފޯމާއި އެކު ހުށަހަޅަންޖެހޭ ލިޔެކިޔުންތައް:

1. މެޑިކަލް އަންޑަރގްރެޖުއޭޓް ކޮމްޕްލީޝަން ޑޮކިއުމަންޓް.
2. މޯލްޑިވްސް މެޑިކަލް އެންޑް ޑެންޓަލް ކައުންސިލްއިން ދީފައިވާ "ޕްރޮވިޝަނަލް ރެޖިސްޓްރޭޝަން ފޮރ އިންޓާރންޝިޕް ސެޓްފިކެޓް"
3. ދިވެހި ރައްޔިތެއްކަން އަންގާދޭ ކާޑު / ޕާސް ޕޯޓް ކޮޕީ.
4. ޕޮލިސް ކްލިއަރެންސް
5. ޕާސްޕޯޓް ސައިޒް ފޮޓޯ

އިންޓާރންޝިޕްއަށް އެދި ހުށަހަޅާ ފޯމް:

               މެޑިކަލް އިންޓަރންޝިޕަށް އެދިލައްވާ ފަރާތްތަކަށް   igmh.gov.mvއިން ފޯމް ޑައުންލޯޑް ކުރެވޭނެއެވެ. އަދި ހަމަ އެހެންމެ  [email protected] އަށް މެއިލް ކުރެއްވުމުން އެޕްލިކޭޝަން ފޯމް މެއިލް ކުރެވޭނެއެވެ.  އަދި ރަސްމީ ބަންދު ނޫން ކޮންމެ ދުވަހެއްގެ ހެނދުނު 09:00 ން 12:00 އަށް މެޑިކަލް އިންޓަރންޝިޕް އޮފީހުން އެޕްލިކޭޝަން ފޯމް ލިބެން ހުންނާނެއެވެ.

               މެޑިކަލް އިންޓާރންޝިޕްއަށް އެދި ފުރިހަމަކޮށްފައިވާ އެޕްލިކޭޝަން ފޯމް މަތީގައި ދެންނެވުނު ހުރިހާ ލިޔެކިޔުންތަކާއި އެކު ހުށަހަޅާނީ އައި ޖީ އެމް އެޗް  މެޑިކަލް އިންޓަރންޝިޕް ސެކްރެޓޭރިއެޓް އޮފީހުގެ މެއިލް [email protected] އަށެވެ. އިންޓާންޝިޕްއަށް ކުދިން ހޮވުމުގައި އިސްކަން ދެވޭނީ ފޯމް ހުށަހަޅާ ތަރުތީބުންނެވެ.

Medical Internship program of IGMH

Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital will open its fourth intake for medical students to do Medical Internship program effective from 11 January 2020. Students who wish to do Medical Internship in IGMH can submit application forms from 20^th November 2019 until 19th December 2019, 23:59 hours. The number of slots allocated for the fourth intake is 15.

Requirement

M.B.B.S completion with “Provisional Registration for Internship” from Maldives Medical and Dental Council

Supporting Documents

Medical Undergraduate (MBBS/ Equivalent) completion document

Provisional Registration for Internship issued from Maldives Medical and Dental Council

Police Clearance

ID / Passport Copy

1 Passport Size Photograph

Form Application

Application form can be downloaded from IGMH website igmh.gov.mv. Alternatively, email to [email protected]  and an application form will be sent. It will also be available from Medical Internship Secretariat office, 1^st Floor, Admin Block, IGMH between Sunday to Thursday 09:00 AM and 12:00 PM

Completed application form with the above mentioned documents should be submitted via the following email address [email protected]. Students will be selected on first come, first serve basis of application.
