Supply of 02 transformers with Accessories

Fenaka Corporation Limited requests quotation from interested local and foreign companies for Supply of 02 Transformers and accessories as per Information sheet attached herewith.

• A pre-bid information session will be held on 01 August  2019 Thursday, 14:00pm at Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7^th Floor, Ports Complex Building)
• Please note that this is a Re-tendered information sheet of (FNK-I/IUL/2019/067) due to high bid values.
  • All bids shall be accompanied with a bid security of USD 15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand US Dollars Only). Bid Security shall be:
    • Valid for twenty (20) days beyond the validity of the bid.
    • Bank guarantee letter (Original)
    • Cheque (must be bank guaranteed and stamped )
    • Insurance policy from Maldives Monetary Authority registered insurance company
    • Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidders  

• Bids shall be valid for a period of 60(sixty) days from the date of bid opening and shall be delivered to Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7^th Floor, Ports Complex Building) on or before 10:00hrs, Maldivian time on 01^st August 2019, Thursday at which time bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Late bids will be rejected.

Important Note:

• Bids lacking the document mentioned in information sheet section (C) will be rejected during bid opening.
• Please note that the parties who attend the pre-bid information session are eligible to participate in the tender.
• Also it is in FENAKA’s discretion to cancel this Bid Invitation at any time.
