CONSTRUCTION OF GDH. MADAVELI – HOADEHDHOO CENTRAL POWER STATION WITH SOLAR PV POWER PLANT, POWER SYSTEM UPGRADE AND INTERCONNECTION UNDER CONTRACTOR FINANCE

FENAKA (hereinafter, referred as “the Employer”) wishes to receive proposal from eligible bidders interested in Contractor Finance for Design, Build and Turnkey Completion of a Solar PV Power plant to power the islands 100% with renewable energy and build a Diesel based Central Powerhouse including establishing all required facilities and laying Medium Voltage (11kV) network and related works as stipulated in this bid Document.

The potential sites for development of Powerhouse and required facilities are identified, including routes to run Medium Voltage cables and sites for substations. These details are share in the technical specification and drawings in the Project Document.

A complete set of Project Documents may be obtained from FENAKA head office Reception counter from  July  11^th  -  21^st  , 2019 between 9:30am to 14:30pm on all working days, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD100 ( United States Dollars One Hundred Only) or equivalent in Maldivian Rufiyaa  directly to FENAKA head office. Interested Bidders shall submit a written application with details of Company name, contact person, email address and telephone number for registration. Only bidders who have purchase the Document shall submit their proposals.

 A pre-bid meeting will be held on 22^nd   July 2019 at 13:00hrs local time in FENAKA head office.

 All bids must be delivered to FENAKA head office on or before 04^th August 2019, 14:00hrs local time.

 The bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and addressed to :

 The bids shall be clearly marked with “CONSTRUCTION OF GDH. MADAVELI – HOADEHDHOO CENTRAL POWER STATION WITH SOLAR PV POWER PLANT, POWER SYSTEM UPGRADE AND INTERCONNECTION UNDER CONTRACTOR FINANCE”

Bids will be opened on 4^th   August 2019, 14:00hrs local time at FENAKA head office, in the presence of those Bidders’ representatives who wish to attend the session.
