DESIGN, BUILD AND TURNKEY PROJECT TO ESTABLISH A CENTRAL POWERHOUSE FOR GDH. MADAVELI AND GDH. HOADEHDHOO UNDER CONTRACTOR FINANCE

Regarding announcement No: FNK-I/IUL/2019/075 for design, build and turnkey project to establish a central power house for Gdh.Madaveli and Gdh.Hoadehdhoo under contractor finance. Bid Document purchasing period, Prebid meeting date and bid submission date has been extended. The new dates are as follow

·         Bid price is USD 100.00 (One Hundred US Dollars), or equivalent in Maldivian Rufiyaa (non-refundable)

·         Bid documents will be sold at Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7^th Floor, Ports Complex Building). It will be sold from 03^rd April 2019 till 15^th April 2019 on working days, the bid documents will be sold from 09:00 hrs to 13:30 hrs.

·         There is a compulsory pre-bid information session for interested parties on 16^th  April 2019, Tuesday, at 14:00 hrs at Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7^th Floor, Ports Complex Building)

·         If there is any clarification regarding bid you may send email to [email protected] after prebid meeting on 16^th April 2019 to 23^rd April 2019

·         The Bid Validity shall be minimum Sixty (60) days from the date of Bid opening. All Bids shall be accompanied with a Bid Security of USD 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand US Dollars Only) which is valid for Twenty (20) days beyond the validity of the bid. Bid Security shall be an Original bank guarantee letter (as per the format in the bid document),cheque (Original) or an Insurance policy from Maldives Monetary Authority registered insurance company. Cheque must be bank guaranteed and stamped. Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidders.

·         The parties who have purchased the bid documents are only eligible to participate in the bid.

·         Please submit your proposals on or before 30^th April 2019, Tueday 11:00am (Male’ time), at the meeting room of Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7^th Floor, Ports Complex Building), in the presence of the bidders. Please note that the quotations received after the stated time, bidder who does not submit Bid Security (Original), and Quotation received through e-mail will not be accepted.

Important Note:

·         Bids lacking the documents mentioned in information sheet will be rejected during bid opening. Also it is in FENAKA’s discretion to cancel this invitation to bid at any time.
